The Project
Jack & Lola is a beautiful shop in Austin, TX that sells small batch and handmade goods for men and women.

The Story
Our friends at Jack & Lola came to us looking for a logo that would capture a feeling of refined elegance and hand made beauty. We worked through several revisions of typefaces and brand marks before settling on a simple typeface logo.

Our Role
Cut & Fold designed the branding and logo

Reroute Santa

Client - HomeAway.com (Expedia, Inc.)

The Site
Reroutesanta.com is a fun little site for kids and their parents who are traveling at Christmas time. It helps to reassure children who are traveling during Christmas that Santa knows where to bring the gift. After entering information into the site, you get a fun animation of the note being delivered to santa, and a personalized letter from Santa assuring the child that their gifts will be delivered.

The Story
Homeaway.com approached Cut & Fold on an extremely tight timeline for this project. Several of their usual vendors had refused the project because of the fast turnaround. We were able to deliver on time and on budget so that Homeaway was able to launch their international campaign. The site was made available in over 7 different languages.

Our Role
Cut & Fold designed and implemented the entire site.

Travel Workout App

The App

Travel Workout helps on-the-go athletes find a workout that involves available equipment.

The Mission
We set out to make the fastest, most intuitive way to find a workout when you're traveling. When you're finished searching, you can swipe through workouts until you find the perfect way to break a sweat.

Our Role
Cut & Fold designed the user experience of the app, and all interface elements. The app is currently under development.

The Mission
As a team that values good design, this project was near and dear to our hearts. We wanted to make something as helpful as it was beautiful. We showed revisions to the target customer and helped build a product they loved.

Our Role
Cut & Fold managed all aspects of the project including customer interviews, usability studies, design, and front and back end implementation.

MyRazor Lite

The App

MyRazor is a fun little prank app that mimics the experience of shaving with an electric razor. Over 2 million people all over the world have downloaded the app to entertain themselves and their friends.

The Mission
We love making serious products, but sometimes you just want to have a little fun. MyRazor was an in house project developed by our team from scratch. We wanted to make something totally novel, and using the microphone for physical input was a great chance. We were stunned and thrilled when the app shot to the top of the charts in Italy, Germany and numerous other countries.

Our Role
Cut & Fold managed all aspects of the project, including the experience design, assets, and code. For the realistic three dimensional razor design we pinged our friend Jonatan Castro from Spain.
